Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (separate) order and separate shipping charges would apply.

We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged. There is a cancellation fee of eight percent of the total order amount. Therefore please be sure before placing an order so that you will not need to cancel. To cancel an order please contact us by email using the "contact us" link at the top of this page and refer to your order number. Free shipping is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

To change the size or color of items in an order after it has already been placed please email us using the "contact us" link at the top of this page. We can only change the order if the order has not already been processed or packaged and there is a change order fee of $2.00. To avoid this please be certain when placing an order that you have the items that you'd like. Order take 1-3 Business days to process.

How do I track my order?
 

When your order is placed immediately after payment you will see an order confirmation page. This page confirms that your order has been placed and received at FabClubwear.com and lists your order number. If you have an account at FabClubwear.com and logged in when you placed your order it is easy to check your order status. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. . If you did not register for an account please check your email. We will send an email letting you know when your order is shipped to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. If you do not see this email please be sure to also check your bulk/spam email folder for it If you do not see the email your email provider may have accidentally blocked our email please use the below guidelines to determine when your order will arrive.

My order never arrived.
  This is extremely rare however we do insure all of our packages against loss for your protection. We utilize electronic delivery confirmation on all packages so that we can verify arrival of every package. If we do not receive delivery confirmation from the post office that your package was delivered within 30 days for US orders we will send a replacement if available or a full refund if a replacement is not available. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
